Hamsters are quite clean pets and once they are trained to litter in their litter box they tend to stick continue to us it without any problems.  Hamsters have a tendency to urinate and defecate away from their sleeping and nesting area so hamster litters boxes obviously help to keep the pets and there living arae clean.  Small and shallow hamster litter box are easier to with a sifting scoop.
