Hamsters are the little creatures related to the species of mice, rats and other rodents. They are fun loving, humble and adorable, they are like fur balls. Hamsters are the most popular pets of the rodent family. People usually find pets which are small, clean, cute and lovable.  People often fall in love with hamsters because they are very cute and cuddly. Kids really like to snuggle to soft and fluffy animals. Hamsters can be taken care of very easily and they need low maintenance. Hamsters do not ask for much time and devotion. Hamsters are inexpensive. Hamsters are the perfect pet for all age groups.

Hamsters do not need much space to live. They just need a comfortable cage in which they can rest themselves and roam around freely. This cage is not just a cage but a shelter to them. Hamster’s cage should be of minimum 12 inches wide by 18 inches long and 18 inches high. This will provide them enough space to move around and to adjust few toys for the hamster to play. Cages with pipes or tunnels make their environment more natural and realistic.
